2 Nansen Terrace

This project consisted of taking a tired 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom HMO which didn’t meet the minimum communal space requirements under licensing regs, and converting the basement to provide a new kitchen & dining room. This meant the old kitchen could be converted into a new lounge area, satisfying the communal space requirements, improving tenant’s living experience and boosting rental income. The property also benefited from a full modern makeover.
