About Us
Founded by two lifelong friends in 2021, Dimension Property Group was created to transform under-utilised buildings into high-performing property assets through disciplined acquisition, hands-on delivery and long-term management.
Our story
The business began with a focus on co-living projects and has since evolved into a more diversified
property group spanning residential conversions, commercial conversions, serviced accommodation and active asset management opportunities.
More recently, in 2026, we launched Dimension Property Management, formally establishing a standalone business within the group, building upon the expertise, systems and infrastructure we have developed over many years. Created primarily to manage our own portfolio in-house, Dimension Property Management allows us to deliver a superior standard of property management and improve the tenant experience.
We have ambitious growth plans for our portfolio and are pursuing that target in a measured way: opportunity by opportunity, with disciplined underwriting, hands-on delivery and the right partners alongside us.

Our team brings together more than 25 years of experience across finance, real estate and operations. This combination allows us to assess opportunities commercially, model them carefully and manage delivery on the ground.
Louis Francis
MANAGING DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER
The Navigator
With over a decade of experience in finance and seven years in property investment, Louis brings a strong foundation in business planning, forecasting and strategy. Detail-oriented and commercially focused, Louis leads on financial modelling, investment analysis and long-term business strategy. He holds a First Class Degree in Mathematics from Kingston University and is a School of Mathematics Prize winner.
Conor Neilan MRICS
Technical Director & Co-Founder
The Driver
With over a decade of experience in commercial property, Conor oversees property management, refurbishment, due diligence and day-to-day project delivery. Conor brings practical property expertise and a hands-on approach to the business, helping ensure each project is managed with care from acquisition through to completion. He holds a BSc Hons in Real Estate from Nottingham Trent University and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Karen Daniels

The Organiser
Karen brings extensive corporate experience and over eight years in property management. She takes a hands-on, personalised approach to tenant management, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Karen also oversees our network of tradespeople and contractors, helping ensure our properties are well maintained and our occupiers are properly supported.
