We offer two distinct forms of investment in our property developments:
Fixed-Rate Loan (Debt Investment)
We offer fixed rates of return in exchange for investment into one of our upcoming projects. This provides a secure and predictable income stream. Terms typically start from 12 months, with interest paid monthly, quarterly or annually depending on the opportunity. At the end of the agreed term, capital is returned alongside any interest due, with reinvestment options available where suitable.
Joint Venture (Equity Investment)
This model invites investors to become equity partners in a specific project, sharing both the risks and rewards. As an equity partner, you gain an ownership stake and benefit from the development, refurbishment and rental income that asset generates. Our legal team handles all administration, from AML and ID checks to establishing the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) and Shareholder Agreement, so the process is as straightforward as possible.
Subject to mutual agreement, the SPV may also be reused for future reinvestments following completion of the project.
Joint Venture capacity is limited and not available on every project. Priority is typically given to investors with whom we have an established relationship.
